Kevin Shupperd

Before practicing law, Kevin enlisted in the Marine Corps. Kevin graduated from MCRD San Diego in California in 2006. Kevin was first stationed in 29 Palms, California, and then in 2010 transferred to Camp Lejeune in North Carolina. While in the Marine Corps, Kevin earned his undergraduate degree from American Military University.
After exiting the Marine Corps in May 2014, Kevin decided to attend Liberty University School of Law in Lynchburg, Virginia. While in law school, Kevin had an opportunity to intern for Justice Eismann of the Idaho Supreme Court. During the summer of 2016, Kevin lived in Boise, Idaho, and fell in love with the Treasure Valley and everything it has to offer. He knew that he wanted to call Idaho, specifically the Treasure Valley, home.
 After graduating from law school, Kevin accepted a clerkship with the Honorable Mitchell W. Brown. While clerking for Judge Brown, Kevin gained invaluable experience and knowledge pertaining to several different areas of the law. One of the most valuable and unforgettable experiences dealt directly with drug court and its impact on individuals and families.
After completing his clerkship, Kevin started practicing law in Nampa, Idaho. Kevin started learning family law and continued to primarily focus on family law. In 2019, Kevin started his own firm and continued to focus on divorces, child custody, child support, guardianships, and adoptions. In March 2020, Kevin also started working as a conflict public defender for Canyon County and gained experience and knowledge with child protection cases.
